Important update for our US Customers

We're writing to inform our customers about a significant but temporary change affecting our US customers.

Following the implementation of US Executive Order 14324, Australia Post has joined international postal operators in temporarily suspending services to the United States and Puerto Rico. The new regulations require duties and taxes to be prepaid before shipments arrive, along with enhanced customs declarations.

What's changed:

- Suspension of the $800 USD de minimis threshold
- New mandatory customs declaration requirements
- Duties must be collected before goods enter the US

Impact on Eureka Miniatures:

Effective immediately, we cannot ship products directly to US addresses until Australia Post advises us that services can resume.
