Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched using Australia Post. Australian orders are shipped by Overnight Express. All overseas orders are shipped by Tracked Air Mail.

 All figures are supplied unpainted and unassembled. Some are shown in their finished state for purposes of advertising.

For Australian customers, we notify you to acknowledge dispatch of your parcel. Australia Post will send an e-mail to international customers containing the overseas tracking number. 

We offer flat-rate shipping:

Australia: AU$15

International except US: AU$25.

US Shipping and tariff handling: AU$27

Estimated despatch times is 5-7 days for all orders.

For Australian customers, GST is included in the price of the figures. 

For US customers, tariffs are included in the price of the figures.
