The Bardin uniform, introduced in 1812, was paired with distinctive gaiters that reached just below the knee, typically black. Fusiliers wore brass buttons to fasten their gaiters, while light infantry regiments used black buttons. Due to supply issues in 1813, some soldiers wore white uniform breeches tucked into their gaiters, while others opted for loose overalls in wool or linen, often rolled up or tied at the ankle to prevent mud buildup. These 18mm metal figures, sculpted by Alan Marsh, depict soldiers in their gaiters and are unpainted, supplied in a random mix of variants, requiring assembly and cleanup. Three variants. Price per figure. Variants supplied randomly.
